2. Product Characteristics

2.1 Touch screen displays charging current, voltage, charging time, charging ampere, charging steps .
2.2 Microprocessor can control the charging process intelligently.
2.3 Constant voltage charging and constant current charging can be realized, and charging process can be edited on touch screen.
2.4 The normal charging and equalized charging can be selected through touch screen. It is easy to operate.
2.5 The charging mode in summer/winter can be selected by touch screen to ensure charging effect at different ambient temperatures.
2.6 The normal charging and equalized charging process can be edited and modified by entering the editing operation password .
2.7 Charging faults can be automatically diagnosed and its corresponding alarm information will be displayed .
2.8 It has the function of adaptive phase sequence of AC power supply and self-recovery of AC power failure.
2.9 It has the functions of over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit protection, transformer temperature, radiator temperature, power supply phase-gap protection.
2.10 Fifty charging records can be recorded and inquired, including date, terminal voltage and accumulative charging capacity.
2.11 Initial charging can be realized by editing the Equalized Charging Process.

3. Input power supply

3.1 Power Supply
This series of chargers use one phase or three-phase power supply.
Three-phase power supply is 110- 600V AC, three fire lines and one ground wire. The grounding wire must be grounded reliably. Charger permits ±5% power supply voltage fluctuation. Within this range, the charging performance and charging time of the charger will not be influenced
3.2 Warning
3.2.1 Charger must be selected according to battery type and capacity (ampere hour Ah). This series of chargers are only suitable for the charging of traction batteries. The batteries can be charged only when they are equipped with electrolyte in a well ventilated environment. If the internal level of the battery drops, the electrolyte should be supplemented appropriately. The wrong choice may lead to excessive gas, boiling and even explosion. Do not charge parallel batteries or batteries that are not allowed to charge.
3.2.2 It is necessary to check whether the battery matches the charger and ensure that the battery is connected to the charger properly during the charging process.
3.2.3 Before using and connecting the charger, please read the instructions for installation and operation carefully, and strictly observe the allowable conditions of use.
3.2.4 Keep all air vent unblocked to prevent overheating; Keep away from various liquids to avoid short circuit.
3.2.5 Charger with high voltage will endanger life safety, only professional and technical personnel can open and repair the charger.
3.2.6 For safety reasons, it is forbidden to make any adjustments and changes to the charger.
