Bearing Pad are made of multiple layers of rubber sandwiched with and bound to thin steel sheets,and then through vulcanization.Its vertical rigidity is sufficient to bear the perpendicular load and to shift the pressure reliably from the superstructure to the piers. Its elasticity is high enough to suit the rotation of the beam end.Its shear deformation is sufficient to cope with the horizontal displacement of the superstructure.
Composition: This product consists of multi-layer rubber sheet and thin steel plate inlaid, bonded and pressed.
Application: This product has been widely used in bridge construction, hydropower engineering and building seismic facilities. Long span bridges, simply supported beam continuous slab bridges and multi span continuous beam bridges with spans greater than 30m can be used as movable bearings; It can be used as sliding blocks for Continuous beam jacking, T-beam transverse movement and large equipment sliding.
Rubber bearing products have good isolation effect, which can reduce the impact of live load and seismic force on buildings.

In addition to having the vertical rigidity and elastic deformation of ordinary plate rubber bearing, and being able to bear the vertical load and adapt to the rotation of the beam end, the PTFE sliding plate type rubber bearing uses the low friction coefficient between the PTFE plate and the stainless steel plate( μ F ≤ 0.08) can make the horizontal displacement of the bridge superstructure unrestricted.
PTFE plate rubber bearing is divided into two products according to function and shape: one is (GJZ) rectangular plate rubber bearing, and the other is (GYZ )circular plate rubber bearing.
Both GJZ bridge rubber bearing and gyz bearing belong to one type of plate rubber bearing. Their main function is to transmit load. In the process of use, they mainly bear the static pressure transmitted from the bridge, and also bear the live load generated when vehicles such as cars and trains pass through the bridge. As the bridge shakes up and down, the bearing must bear a certain rotating moment.
GJZ plate rubber bearing and GYZ bearing have the advantages of reliable performance, simple structure, convenient installation and replacement, long service life and low cost, which can adapt to the deformation of superstructure such as wide bridge, curved bridge and inclined bridge in all aspects, and can absorb part of vibration, translational movement, reduce the impact of live load on bridge structure and pier and abutment, and extend the service life of the bridge. Therefore, the plate rubber bearing is a kind of bearing used in highway and bridge engineering.
The shape parameters of GJZ rectangular rubber bearing are all 7.17, and the ultimate compressive strength is basically about 70MPa. The shape parameters of GYZ circular rubber bearing are all 9.5, and the ultimate compressive strength is basically about 76mpa. It shows that the increase of the shape parameters can improve the compressive strength.

we are Subsidiary of Zibo Torch Energy ( which is a subsidiary of CSSC). Our group company manufacture different kinds of goods. 2. How long is the warranty?
1 year warranty, and after one year we can provide spare part as per your order.
3. How can we reach your factory?
our Factory locates in ZIBO city, you can take train and reaching ZIBO station , or you can take flight reaching JINAN or Qingdao Airport. We will arrange the pickup.
4. How long is the delivery time?
Usually it depends on your products and the QTY,, the delivery time varies from 3days to 90 days.
5. How to pay ?
You can pay to our company account directly with the PI provided by us. We accept TT and L/C.
6. What is the delivery terms?
We can arrange the delivery by sea, by air and by express carrier, Such as DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex etc. FOB, CFR and CIF are all OK for us. And the nearest port is Qingdao port.
