2	machine operation	The battery is automatically input to the machine and positioned automatically by photoelectric induction. The detection head is automatically lowered to the right position to automatically detect the welding quality of the intercell welding point and the poor insulation or short circuit of the electrode plate. If it is unqualified, it will automatically send out an audible and visual alarm and push the unqualified battery to the unqualified product area. If it is qualified, the battery will be automatically sent to the next process.
3	feature	The machine is connected with constant current and detects the micro voltage of each solder joint at the same time. After amplification, the voltage of each solder joint is displayed by the meter. The meter can set the upper limit value of voltage, and those exceeding the upper limit value are unqualified. Accurate and fast, pulse high voltage, high sensitivity to detect breakdown current.
