Hydrogen Oxygen Generator (model 3500)


A 1.1 Application: 
 IT is mainly used for the cooper welding, plate cutting, waste materal burning assistance etc.

It exhausts the pure water and electricty in daily running.

It has not high pressure storage gas tank, the produced gas will be used immediately and with the max set pressure to be 0.2MPA. so low risk for running.

A2.1 Parameter information: 
A2.1.1 Gas Production: the gas output of the machine. You could set the gas output From 0 - 3500L per Hour by "Gas Adjustment Knob"
A2.1.2 Running time:  the execution times of the working automatically.
A2.1.3 Total Running times :  the total working time automatically.
A2.1.4 Working time:0:00:00 You could set at 8 Hours minutes in general, press & hold to change operation time. stop when the time arrives.
A2.2 OP1- Over voltage :
When the device pressure >= 0.2Mpa, indicator light turns Red and flashes, the device will stop producing gas.when the pressure <= 0.1Mpa. the red light resume Green and shop flashing, the device resumes gas production.
A2.3 OP2-Over pressure: Flashes when an unexpected tempering happen .
A2.4 PT-protection:When the pressure >= 0.2Mpa, the electrolytic cell stop producing gas,Automatic protection.
A2.5 OT-Over temperature:The Red light means the temperature of the electrolytic cell is too high and the device will stop producing gas and sounded an alarm at the same time. Generally caused by fan damage.
A2.6 Water of electrolytic cell: The amount of water electrolytic cell (Ref Item D3 ) 
A2.7 Wash tank : Wash tank 1 & Wash tank 2 (Ref Item A3.2 )

Adding the pure water by "Manual water inlet",If there is less water in Electrolytic cell,the "Water adding pump" open automatically,then the water to the Electrolytic cell.
